• " I have lived at the Creole on Yorktown for the last eight years. Actually, the name should be The Jewel on Yorktown. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are exquisite with three swimming pools! The Creole is conveniently located in the heart of the Galleria area with excellent transportation at your finger tips. The excellent management at Creole on Yorktown has a maintenance response rate that will leave you saying Wow ! Speaking of the management, the members deserve an award for the level of care and attention that is delivered. So the long and short of this recommendation is, if you want to feel blessed, and live in a peaceful community with the amenities that make you feel comfortable at an affordable rate, check it out!"

• " I have been living here since 1999 and cannot say enough about the staff and the prompt service anytime there is a maintenance problem. Recently I forgot to sign my rent check and was contacted by Luis Plascencia, the assistant community manager. He arranged to meet me at the bank so I could sign the check and avoid service fees. The General Manager on the property, Dianne Ryan, is very pleasant and helpful to the tenants when it comes time to signing a new lease and allowing for new equipment or other types of upkeep to the apartment unit. The Creole also has get togethers for the tenants such as Holiday parties, once a month breakfast, etc. The complex also has a very modern workout area with individual TV’s hooked up to cardiovascular units. Last but not least, the landscaping is the best in Houston. I highly recomment this location."

• "It is rare for me to write a review of any kind, but the staff of the Creole on Yorktown are worthy of high praise. I have lived at this complex for almost a decade now. It has been a great experience, and have recommended this aa a residence to friends. The Grounds are maintained in exceptional condidtion at all times. This includes the three pools and workout facilities. The physical structures are older, that is without question, but they are very well maintained. There has never been a request that has not be fulfilled by the staff. I think back to how fast the property was repaired after hurricane Ike. While many properties still had blue tarps for roofs, we were able to enjoy the entire complex. This property has one of the best locations in Houston in my opinion. Banking, laundry, and grocery stores are within a short drive or walk if desired. Diane, Larry, and Dawn are professionals that take care of their Clients and you would be well served to speak with them."

• "I’ve lived in the Creole 2 other times and I’m coming back for my 3rd next week! Here is what I love 1. The property is BEAUTIFUL!!! You will not find another property in Houston that is as lushly landscaped and well-kept. 2. Larry. He is so incredibly nice, knowledgeable about the industry and property, honest, and full of spunk. 3. The prices are very competitive for the area and how nice they’ve kept the property. When you do have a problem, their maintenance staff is great. They always address your problem withing 24 hours. The only two things I can say are a downfall, but not really much can be done about it, is that covered parking is very limited and you very well might get a spot that is far from your apartment and also that the Galleria area has become a hot spot for crime. The Creole is by no means singled out in this, just overall there’s a lot of sketchy people hanging out in that area."
